This Is Construction.
Schedules can move with workload, project size, weather, travel, and jobsite conditions. Some days end early. Some run later than expected. Most weekends are off when possible, but occasional weekend or overnight work can be required depending on the role and project.
We would rather be clear about that up front and find people who understand the work than oversell the job.
